Sanbe Wasabi Experience

Visit a hidden wasabi field fed by spring water at the foot of Mt. Sanbe, normally closed to the public. Mr. Kageyama of Kajika Farm has protected the native Sanbe wasabi here for about 25 years. Afterwards, grate fresh wasabi yourself for a special lunch.
